Confidential is seeking a meticulous Sales Operations Administrator to support a busy sales team in Uxbridge. The role acts as the link between customers, sales, production and internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.

You will manage orders in the ERP system, produce sales reports, coordinate product samples, and assist with showroom visits and sales activities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support roles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Process and manage customer orders accurately using the ERP system.
• Monitor orders from receipt through to delivery and resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as main contact for customer enquiries and support sales team with data and meetings.
• Produce sales reports and prepare presentations and documentation.
• Coordinate product samples and liaise with production/design teams to meet deadlines.
