Qualifications

• Local/easily commutable to Coalville.
• Experience within Sales Administration, Internal Sales, Customer Service, Customer Operations or Order Management.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good IT skills, including ERP/business systems and Excel.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive problem solver who can work effectively across Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and Finance.

Responsabilités

• Processing customer orders and managing order books.
• Handling customer enquiries and providing delivery updates.
• Liaising with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Preparing quotations, reports and customer documentation.
• Maintaining accurate customer, product and pricing data within ERP systems.
• Supporting customer issue resolution, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
