Parkside in Uxbridge is seeking a meticulous Sales Order Processing Officer to manage daily customer orders and ensure smooth fulfilment. You will work closely with customers, warehouse teams, suppliers and internal departments to provide accurate order updates and documentation.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail and good communication. Hybrid working is available after probation, with a 35-hour week and an office-based start.

Formación

• Experience in sales order processing, order management or similar administrative role.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Confident written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor outstanding orders, back orders and stock availability.
• Liaise with customers regarding updates, delivery schedules and product availability.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, suppliers and internal departments to resolve stock and delivery queries.
• Prepare order confirmations, invoices and shipping documentation.
• Track shipments and communicate delivery updates or delays.
• Maintain accurate customer records and internal reports.
• Support inventory management, stock allocation and order fulfilment.
• Assist with billing and general administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
