Qualifications

• Experienced people manager with a track record of developing teams.

• Strong commercial and business awareness with ability to read performance data.
• Confident with figures and business performance metrics.
• Experience in busy, customer‑focused environments and proactive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of three to deliver strong performance.
• Own the division's day‑to‑day operations and priorities.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and opportunities with rigor.
• Ensure leads are followed up consistently and tracked in the CRM.
• Monitor performance and financials, reporting to wider group as needed.
• Collaborate across the wider group to identify improvements and efficiencies.
