Job summary

Orega Management Ltd. is seeking a highly organised Sales Operations Assistant to join our commercial team and support the Chief Revenue Officer and the broader Sales team.

You’ll own monthly sales reporting, be the go-to CRM expert, manage broker/agent content and relationships, and help shape processes so sales managers can spend more time closing deals. Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support, sales operations, administration or similar commercial role.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience managing multiple third-party relationships, ideally with brokers, agents, suppliers or partners.
• Confidence using CRM systems and a good understanding of relevant industry software.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly sales reporting and CRM data hygiene.
• Assist with monthly broker pipeline reports.
• Act as internal CRM champion for colleagues across the business.
• Produce and distribute the weekly availability schedule to brokers and sales managers.
