Job summary

Origin Recruitment in London is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimise the Sales Operations team, supporting the sales team through every stage of the process to shorten cycles and maximise conversion. You will collaborate with Finance and IT to ensure compliant processes and drive revenue growth.

You will manage CRM, oversee reporting, dashboards and pipeline management, and lead recruitment and development of the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a Sales Operations team.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret and utilise complex data.
• Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
• Strong communicator with cross department collaboration.
• Detail oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage the Sales Operations team to support the Sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop and coach the Sales Operations team with strategic guidance and career development.
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent.
• Lead and motivate team members using performance metrics.
• Oversee CRM implementation and management (Salesforce, Conga).
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to optimise processes and systems.
• Improve sales process efficiency and reporting through automation and dashboards.
