We are looking for a Sales Office Supervisor to join our team in Glossop, on a full time basis working 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities of our Sales Office Supervisor:

• Handling and pricing sales enquiries.
• Liaising with the external sales team.
• Providing excellent service to customers at all times.
• Undertaking stock checks on SAP.
• Liaising with planning to provide accurate delivery dates for stocked and non-stocked items.
• Processing and checking all orders scheduled within your area.
• Helping to meet daily budgets for your own geographical area.
• Communicating with the transport team to ensure that the customer receives the order on time and in full.
• Efficiently processing complaints, returns and credit requests.
• Raising quotations and logging on the database

What we are looking for in our Sales Office Supervisor:

You will have:

• Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal.
• Keen to build customer relationships.
• Time-keeping.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Team player

Whilst not essential, the following would be of benefit:

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred but not essential as training will be given.
