About the role:

As a Supervisor with New Look, you will work with your Store Manager to implement the ultimate shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and want to return. You will inspire your team to ensure our customers look good and can express themselves with the latest fashion, wherever and whenever they want. You’ll achieve this by setting exceptional standards and leading your team to deliver high-quality results.

About you:

Everyone makes New Look the incredible place it is, and together we’re unstoppable. You are someone who expresses your style your way and inspires your team to do the same. You will have an eye for the latest trends and champion our customers to express their own unique style.

You will be passionate about service and creating a relaxed, friendly, and customer-focused experience. As well as championing your own development, you will seek out innovative ways to improve your performance with tailored development plans from our Online Academy training and support from your Store Manager.

You will have previous retail management experience, gained in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of delivering results through a team.
