BH Live is recruiting for a Ticketing & Box Office Supervisor to join our team at Fairfield Halls in Croydon. Fairfield Halls is South London’s iconic arts, events, and conference venue which hosts a year-round diverse programme of events including concerts, cultural events, classical performances, music, dance, comedy, theatre productions, community events, conferences and exhibitions, meetings and banquets.

You will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth functioning of our ticketing and box office service, delivering exceptional customer service, whilst maximising revenue opportunities.

· Lead our Ticketing and Box Office team on a day-to-day basis.
· Be responsible for banking, cash handling, and reporting.
· Ensure marketing prints for all events are logged and displayed correctly.
· Work closely with our Duty Managers to ensure key communication is shared.
· Undertake the role of Duty manager for the venue on selected event nights.
· Previous experience of management within a ticketing environment
· To be a good team player with strong leadership skills
· Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment
· Fantastic customer services skills
· Be a Personal Licence holder or have the ability to obtain one
