🏡 Sales Negotiator – Wakefield

💷 Salary: £30,000

We're looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator with strong property knowledge-ideally with sales progression experience-to join a friendly, forward-thinking team in Wakefield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advertising properties online and on social media
  • Registering vendors and applicants
  • Collating property info and arranging photography
  • Lead chasing: following up market appraisals, viewings, and feedback
  • Advising vendors on marketing and market conditions
  • Negotiating offers and managing transactions through to completion
  • Monitoring sales progress and liaising with mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors, and other agents
  • Conducting AML checks and following regulations
