Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales department to hit and exceed monthly targets
  • Drive sales strategies for inbound leads, chat, phone, and email enquiries
  • Analyse sales performance and customer trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Work with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals and seasonal trends
  • Ensure a customer‑first approach to every interaction—before, during, and after purchase
  • Implement and refine processes and tools (e.g., CRM, sales funnels)
  • Stay current on fitness industry trends and product innovations
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in e‑commerce or retail
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Leadership skills
  • Confidence shooting video demonstrations for customers
  • Excellent communication skills are essential—you’ll need to be clear, professional, and personable across all channels, whether that’s in writing, face to face, or over the phone.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Shopify etc) and online sales platforms
  • Excellent problem‑solving, and data analysis skills
  • Interest in fitness, wellness, or active lifestyles (we speak the language of reps, PRs, and recovery!)
Nice to Have
  • Background in fitness equipment or sporting goods
  • Experience scaling a sales team in a high‑growth e‑commerce environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, or affiliate sales models
