Key Responsibilities
Property Listings & Client Acquisition
- Conduct market appraisals and secure new sales instructions.
- Provide expert advice to vendors on pricing, marketing strategy, and the sales process.
- Prepare and present high‑quality property valuations and pitch materials.
- Ensure accurate, appealing property listings with strong attention to detail.
Vendor Relationship Management
- Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with vendors throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain regular communication to keep clients informed, supported, and confident.
- Manage expectations professionally and handle negotiations with tact and transparency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to drive repeat business and referrals.
Sales Team Support
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise property exposure and buyer engagement.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to help the team achieve targets.
- Collaborate on sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and pipeline management.
- Assist with progressing sales where required to ensure smooth transactions.
Business Development
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to grow market share in Guildford.
- Represent the brand professionally at community events and networking opportunities.
- Monitor local market trends to keep the team informed and competitive.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in estate agency, ideally at Senior Negotiator, Valuer, or Sales Manager level.
- Strong listing ability with a track record of winning instructions.
- Exceptional relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Confident negotiator with strong commercial awareness.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
