Job summary

ATIA Ltd is a multinational company in Edinburgh developing information systems including CRM, DMS, SDP, SMS, BCMS, ISMS and more. The role focuses on sales and marketing strategy, discovering new customers and creating offers for clients.

All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Working from home and frequent trips are available with a permanent salary plus project bonuses up to $20,000 per project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in ICT or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales activities.
• Good knowledge of information systems including ERP, CRM, LMS, DMS and SDP.
• Experience in ICT industry is an advantage.
• BSc or MSc in ICT is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create strategy for the sales of ATIA Ltd information systems and applications.
• Create strategy for the marketing of ATIA Ltd information systems and applications.
• Identify new potential customers and markets.
• Develop new offers for existing or new customers.
• Maintain constant communication with ATIA Ltd management.

• Customer Relationship Management System (CRM),


• Document MAnagement System (DMS),


• Service Desk Plus (SDP),


• Service Management Systems (SMS),


• Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS),


• Information Security Management Systems (ISMS),


• Provisioning systems, Billing systems, Business Support Systems, Operating Support Systems, Decision Support Systems, etc.

Job Description

Required work activities:

• Creating of strategy for the sales of information systems and applications of ATIA Ltd,


• Creating of strategy for the marketing of information systems and applications of ATIA Ltd,


• The discovery of new potential customers,


• Creating of new offers for the existing or for new customers,


• Constant communication with the management of ATIA Ltd company.
