An excellent opportunity has become available for an Estate Agent Sales Manager looking to join this market leading estate agent at their brand new office in Bristol. This well respected brand has a thriving sales business and is looking for a proven Sales Manager to come in and grow within the business.

Estate Agent Sales Manager - Benefits

  • Basic salary up to £35,000

Estate Agent Sales Manager - Duties and responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue new business and increase market share at this brand new location
  • Analysis of market and customer needs and selling to those needs
  • Analyse marketing, set and implement plan to hit yearly targets.
  • Carry out valuations
  • Assist Directors with staff development to maximise business opportunities
  • Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Balance leadership with front-line involvement in valuations and client relationships

Estate Agent Sales Manager - Experience needed

  • Proven background in residential sales
  • Experience in conducting sales valuations with a strong track record of winning listings
  • Commercially aware with excellent business development skills
  • Experience with growing a new business patch is highly desirable
  • Tenacious, driven, and self-motivated with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication and telephone manner
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
