Job summary

PayPoint plc is seeking a Learning and Development professional to design and deliver training for the sales teams. You will create materials, run face-to-face and virtual sessions, and own the induction for new starters, strengthening product knowledge and process understanding.

You’ll collaborate with product owners and stakeholders, continuously improving content through learner feedback and results, including field visits and on-the-job coaching.

• Experience delivering learning face to face, online and on the job.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and coaching skills.
• Flexible approach to learning for varied audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisation, planning and administration skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging learning materials (playbooks, guides, presentations, workbooks, eLearning).
• Deliver training face to face, online and on the job, adapting for audiences.
• Lead product, systems and project-launch training.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding induction for sales teams.
• Coach individuals and groups to improve product knowledge and performance.
• Spend time with field colleagues to provide feedback and actions.
• Work with product owners to keep content accurate and aligned with priorities.
• Use data and feedback to improve learning offerings.
