Job summary

Cintra is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to own the full learning journey across the business, from onboarding to manager coaching. You will design and deliver technical payroll training and run the Aspiring Managers programme, coordinating the Apprenticeship Programme to keep skills current.

You will craft engaging programmes, evaluate impact, and maintain a calendar that balances priorities with peak periods, enabling colleagues to grow with confidence.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver learning across technical, behavioural and management topics.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to build confidence and competence.
• Strong payroll knowledge with understanding of legislation and pensions.
• Experience delivering management/leadership development.
• Ability to give constructive feedback early and clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the full learning journey from onboarding to managerial coaching.
• Design and deliver technical payroll training and leadership programmes.
• Coordinate Aspiring Managers and Apprenticeship Programmes.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve content.
• Maintain an annual learning calendar aligned with priorities.
