Job summary

SF Partners is recruiting two Learning & Development Advisors for a UK-wide organisation launching a new L&D approach and expanding its operational training team. This hands-on role combines training delivery, content development and digital learning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in designing and delivering training.
• Proven ability to develop engaging learning content for diverse audiences.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and content authoring tools.
• Willingness to travel across the UK offices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training, both face-to-face and virtual.
• Identify learning needs with stakeholders and propose solutions.
• Develop learning materials and digital content.
• Support L&D projects and lead where appropriate.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the L&D team to meet deadlines.
