Job summary

Matchtech is recruiting a Sales Executive in the United Kingdom. You will make outbound calls to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and tailor solutions while building strong relationships with customers.

You will manage your own sales pipeline, negotiate deals, and work toward and exceed targets, with a base salary plus uncapped commission and strong training and development opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to businesses to identify new sales opportunities

Previous sales experience would be beneficial but isn't essential. Experience in customer service, recruitment, retail, hospitality or another target-driven environment could also transfer really well.
