Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Fareham. You will contact businesses to identify new opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and tailor solutions to client needs. You will manage your CRM and pipeline, negotiate deals, and aim to meet and exceed targets.

The role offers a base salary of £25,750 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £60,000, along with structured training and clear progression within a supportive team environment.
