Job summary

Matchtech in Fareham is seeking a Sales Executive to join a growing team. You will contact businesses, build relationships, understand customer needs, manage CRM records, negotiate and close deals, and aim to exceed targets.

The role offers a base salary of £25,750 plus uncapped commission with an OTE of £60,000, along with structured training, clear progression, and a supportive environment. Hours are Mon-Fri, 08:45-17:30.
