Hawk Hiring in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join a busy showroom and represent leading European automotive brands with manufacturer training and uncapped commission.

You will engage with customers in person and online, present vehicle features, arrange test drives, and build long-term relationships while earning a guaranteed £30k basic during the first six months.

What is in it for you:

• Salary: £15,000 OTE basic salary per annum with a guaranteed £30,000 basic earnings rate for your first 6 months, plus a competitive uncapped bonus package.
• Hours: Full-time, 4 days Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM), Saturdays (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), and Sundays (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM) on a 1-in-3 weekend rota.

What you will be doing:

• Engaging with prospective and existing showroom customers in person, via phone, video, and online channels.
• Presenting vehicle features, conducting test drives, and preparing tailored vehicle finance quotations.
• Managing customer interactions and pipeline progression accurately using our internal CRM system (Kompass).
• Maintaining a high-standard display for all physical showroom vehicles and online digital listings.
• Following up post-sale to build long-term relationships and maintain maximum customer satisfaction scores.

This role is based in Tunbridge Wells, making it an easy commute from Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, and Crowborough.
