Job summary

Hawk Hiring in Eastbourne is seeking an Experienced New & Used Sales Executive to join our busy showroom team and represent a brand at the forefront of Electric and Hybrid technology. You will drive sales across a wide range of vehicles and deliver a world-class customer journey with tailored funding options.

The role offers a £15,000 base salary with a realistic OTE of £50,000 (uncapped commission). Full-time, permanent position with company car, training, and clear progression pathways.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to sell new and used vehicles successfully.
• Strong knowledge of automotive product features and financing options.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales across new and used vehicle ranges using product expertise and customer-focussed approach.
• Perform accurate vehicle appraisals for part-exchanges and prepare vehicles for delivery in collaboration with the service team.
• Deliver world-class customer journeys with tailored funding options and demonstrations.

What you will be doing:

• Driving sales performance across our expansive range of new and approved-used vehicles using product expertise and personality
• Carrying out accurate vehicle appraisals for part-exchanges using professional onsite facilities
• Delivering a world-class customer journey with detailed model presentations and tailored funding options
• Proactively prospecting new and existing customers using bespoke database management systems
• Managing end-to-end vehicle preparation and handovers in collaboration with the aftersales team, alongside assisting with product events

This role is based in Eastbourne, making it an easy commute from Hastings, Bexhill, Hailsham, and Lewes.
