Job summary

Hawk Hiring is seeking a proactive Sales Executive based in Canterbury. You will build lasting relationships with customers, guide them through the full sales journey for new and used vehicles, and actively manage leads, test drives, and negotiations to consistently exceed targets.

Hours are Monday–Friday plus Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating schedule. A full UK driving licence is required and a clear career progression path is offered within a family-run automotive group.

• Experience managing leads through the sales cycle.

Sales Executive – Uncapped £50k OTE with a Top Regional Dealer Group

What is in it for you:

Salary: £15,000 basic salary with an uncapped OTE of £50,000+

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break); Saturdays 08:30 – 17:00 (with a weekday off in lieu); Sundays 10:00 – 16:00 (scheduled on a 1-in-3 rotational basis)

What you will be doing:

• Creating strong rapport and building lasting relationships with new and existing customers
• Guiding clients through the entire sales journey to tailor new and used vehicle solutions to their needs
• Actively managing leads, conducting test drives, and negotiating sales to consistently exceed individual targets
• Delivering an exceptional end-to‑‑end customer experience, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
• Requirements: Driven and persuasive personality, customer-first mindset, and a full, current UK driving licence

This role is based in Canterbury, making it an easy commute from Ashford, Thanet, Dover, and Faversham.
