Hawk Hiring is seeking a Sales Executive for a Luxury & High-Performance Brand based in Sevenoaks. You will manage the full customer journey from first enquiry to delivery, while upholding brand standards and delivering world-class experiences to automotive enthusiasts.

You will convert incoming leads for new and used vehicles, upsell value-added packages, and ensure FCA compliance. A full UK driving licence and strong teamwork are essential.

What you will be doing:

• Customer Experience: Deliver unforgettable end-to-end customer journeys, from initial enquiry and vehicle discovery to handover day.
• Brand Champion: Build deep product knowledge and represent a world-class automotive brand with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Sales Execution: Manage incoming new and used vehicle leads, converting appointments into sales while upselling value-added packages such as accessories, extended warranties, and finance options.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to FCA guidelines and standards to ensure all financial advice and service offerings are clear, fair, and fully compliant.
• Role Requirements: Strong computer literacy, a collaborative mindset, and a full UK driving licence.
