Job summary

webuyanycar in Borehamwood is looking for a Sales Executive to buy cars, greet customers and ensure smooth branch operations, delivering first‑class service.

You will manage appointments, negotiate prices, and close deals while liaising with the back office. The role offers a clear development path, a competitive salary with monthly and annual bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Hours are 42.5 per week on a 5‑on/2‑off rota with weekend work; a UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven environment and delivering excellent customer service.
• Full UK manual driving licence and ability to work weekends.
• Strong communication and IT skills to manage customer interactions.
• Able to work independently and build relationships with clients.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220) plus a discretionary London Weighting Allowance of £1500 per annum pro‑ra.

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First‑and‑foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
