Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and engage prospects across targeted industries (finance, telecom, technology).
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the end-to-end process from discovery to contract signing: needs analysis, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with C-level leaders, CX heads, support managers, and IT stakeholders.
  • Product Evangelism: Clearly articulate and demonstrate Deepdesk’s AI solutions to technical and business audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and implementation teams to align on messaging, onboarding, and account growth strategies.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain CRM accuracy, track KPIs, and deliver reliable sales forecasts.
  • Market Feedback: Share insights from customers to help shape product development and go-to-market strategies.

  • Track Record: Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with experience closing €50K–€250K+ ARR deals.
  • Technical Understanding: Ability to explain AI and SaaS capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Commercial Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations in enterprise environments.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel across Europe for client meetings and events.
