This full-time role offers a basic salary of £15,000 plus uncapped commission, with a structured career path, training during probation, and employee car purchase schemes.

What is in it for you: Salary: £15,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure

Hours: Full-Time | Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30, Saturdays 08:30 – 17:00 (with a weekday in lieu), and rotational Sundays 10:00 – 16:00

What you will be doing:

• Engaging with prospective buyers to deliver an exceptional, customer-first sales experience across both new and approved used vehicles.
• Identifying customer needs, conducting test drives, and presenting appropriate vehicles, finance packages, and add-on products.
• Following established sales processes while maintaining high accuracy with sales documentation, customer records, and compliance.
• Maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation across the showroom and forecourt while working effectively as part of a motivated sales team.

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Ashford, making it an easy commute from Canterbury, Maidstone, Folkestone, and Hythe.
