Hawk Hiring is partnering with a premier Tonbridge automotive dealer to recruit a driven sales professional for the luxury sector. The role offers a basic salary plus uncapped OTE with an iconic brand and high-end facilities.

You will build product knowledge, manage customer leads, and guide buyers through financing options while delivering exceptional handover experiences.

• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional experiences for customers from initial contact through to handover day.
• Build deep product knowledge to confidently present luxury vehicles, accessories, extended warranties, and finance options.
• Manage and convert new and used vehicle sales leads in line with FCA regulations and financial compliance standards.
• Safely handle and drive a wide range of luxury vehicles (Full UK Driving Licence required).
• Utilize digital showroom systems and CRM software efficiently to manage daily customer leads.

• Salary: Basic salary of £25,000 with an OTE of £50,000

What you will be doing:

• Safely handling and driving a wide range of luxury vehicles (Full UK Driving Licence required).
• Utilizing digital showroom systems and CRM software efficiently to manage daily customer leads.

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Tonbridge, making it an easy commute from Royal Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, and Paddock Wood.
