A leading automotive retailer in Swansea is seeking a Sales Executive to enhance the customer experience throughout the car-buying journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong passion for customer service. Automotive sales experience is required, along with a valid UK driving licence. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary of £20,000, with a total achievable OTE of £52,500, along with additional benefits including enhanced holiday entitlement and discounted gym memberships.

As a Sales Executive you will be the key point of contact for customers during the entire car‑buying experience, ensuring service is delivered correctly the first time and on every visit. You will communicate with customers to understand and support their needs on the journey to buying a new car, working a flexible pattern that includes weekends to maximise customer service.
• Good interpersonal skills and a passion for outstanding customer service.
• Automotive sales experience is a minimum requirement.
• A full and valid UK driving licence is desirable.
• You may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
