Permanent Sales Executive role based in Swansea. Basic salary £20,000 per annum, potential for generous commission and a total achievable OTE of £52,500.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive you will be the key point of contact for customers during the entire car‑buying experience, ensuring service is delivered correctly the first time and on every visit. You will communicate with customers to understand and support their needs on the journey to buying a new car, working a flexible pattern that includes weekends to maximise customer service.

About You

• Good interpersonal skills and a passion for outstanding customer service.

• Automotive sales experience is a minimum requirement.

• A full and valid UK driving licence is desirable.

• You may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
