As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll work with existing Citation clients to understand their evolving needs and recommend the right mix of services to support their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with existing clients to identify current and future needs
  • Cross‑sell and upsell relevant Citation services and solutions
  • Deliver compelling sales conversations and confidently handle objections
  • Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
