Overview

Inbound Sales Executive Northamptonshire
£28,000 basic + uncapped commission
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

What You'll Be Doing
  • Qualifying and converting inbound leads into long-term clients
  • Having engaging, consultative conversations with business owners to understand their finance needs
  • Making proactive outbound calls to offer tailored finance solutions
  • Representing the company at face-to-face meetings, trade shows, and networking events
  • Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline
  • Working to realistic KPIs with full support and guidance
  • Offering regular service reviews to clients and cross-selling where possible
  • Becoming a trusted advisor by understanding your customers and their business challenges
What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years' experience in a sales role (finance background a bonus but not essential)
  • Confident and clear verbal and written communication skills
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Skilled at spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and modern sales tools
  • Someone who enjoys building relationships and takes a consultative approach
