Job summary

Hager Group in the United Kingdom (Telford) is seeking a Sales Excellence Manager to enhance commercial performance by optimizing sales processes and empowering the sales team. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Controlling and Operations to ensure a high-performing, data-driven culture and lead critical process improvements.

The role reports to the Marketing & Sales Managing Director - Senior Director West and is a permanent, on-site position based in Telford.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, Commercial Management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights in CRM systems, Power BI and Excel.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
• A strategic and commercial mindset with a structured, data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the end-to-end sales cycle, developing playbooks and removing roadblocks.
• Lead or contribute to strategic projects and promote adoption of new processes across teams.
• Foster a data-driven culture by optimizing sales processes and KPIs with Sales, Marketing, Controlling and Operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to align lead generation, forecasting, pricing, order management and customer care.
