• Experience managing budgets, profit and loss or similar financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the Elite Sales Team proposition and drive ongoing performance and improvement.
• Set operating standards, service levels, governance and accountability.
• Lead future strategy and evolution of the team across multi-site or remote structures.
