Job summary

AutoStore in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Support – EMEA to lead and develop the regional Sales Support team, driving performance and delivering high-quality service to partners and customers.

You will champion process improvements, utilise automation and AI, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and IT to enhance cross-functional coordination across the region. This hands-on leadership role requires a strong track record in Sales Support and people management.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Commercial Operations, Order Management, Customer Operations, or similar.
3+ years of people-management experience with coaching and development track record.
Experience managing KPIs/SLA, and cross-functional coordination in international contexts.
Strong understanding of CRM/ERP tools and appetite for automation and AI improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the EMEA Sales Support team to high performance.
Oversee order processing, bookings, service quality, and SLA adherence across EMEA.
Utilise data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
Drive process modernisation, automation, and AI to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to improve cross-functional outcomes.
Provide hands-on leadership in complex issues and escalations.
