• Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence or Commercial Management.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Proficient with CRM systems, Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve end-to-end sales cycle, develop playbooks and remove roadblocks to increase sales efficiency.
• Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline performance and win rates, translating data into forecasts.
• Develop sales capabilities through training, coaching and collaboration with sales leaders.
• Optimize CRM and sales tools for data quality and potential automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Operations to align lead generation, forecasting and order management.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and commercial effectiveness with technology and analytics.
• Lead or contribute to strategic projects and help adopt new processes.
