Westinghouse Electric Company in the UK is seeking a Sales Data and Process Manager to drive excellence in the ELA OS sales processes, data quality, and forecasting accuracy. You will partner with sales leadership to optimize commercial processes, ensure disciplined execution, and deliver actionable insights across the organization.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in international sales/commercial effectiveness.
• Experience in matrix organizations and interfacing with ops.
• Ability to define, implement and improve processes.
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; culturally aware across US, EMEA, LAM.
• Autonomy and self-starter with proactive mindset.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365, Power BI, and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance and admin of the ELA OS sales pipeline in Dynamics 365.
• Improve forecasting accuracy through data review and trend analysis.
• Monitor 365 data quality and address non-compliant opportunities.
• Collaborate with CCoE to enhance tools, reporting, and automation.
• Identify gaps and develop sustainable process improvements.
• Analyze sales processes to reduce cycle times and boost adoption.
• Develop governance policies and SOX-compliant controls.
• Produce performance metrics and dashboards on pipeline and orders.
• Drive high-volume sales processes (opportunities, approvals, reporting).
• Coordinate training and change management for new processes.
