  • Capable of prioritising own workload and self‑motivated.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of clientele and colleagues.
  • Ability to drive the team around you.
  • High level of professional presentation with a friendly and welcoming personality.
Benefits
  • A competitive and achievable bonus scheme.
  • Autonomy in your role to make it your own.
  • Part of a larger sales team with room for growth and development.
  • 50% discount on food and drinks in any of our venues.
  • Free meals at work.

Ideally, the perfect person will come directly from a similar role within pubs, bars, hotels or restaurants and will speak infectiously about our offering and knows how to work well under pressure. We would love someone who is instantly warming to guests, making them feel at home within our site and encouraging them where possible to book again for another time. The role will encompass working 5 days across Monday to Sunday and will require flexibility regarding working hours between 9am‑9pm depending on the events schedule. In return, the successful candidate can expect a large level of autonomy within their work whilst working alongside the management team on site.
