Job Responsibilities
  • Drive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue goals and KPIs.
  • Manage event enquiries from proposal to contract, ensuring a seamless client journey.
  • Partner with Community and Operations teams to deliver successful events.
  • Proactively generate new leads and partnerships through outreach and relationship building.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and suppliers to maximise profitability.
Events & Marketing
  • Plan and execute a strategic calendar of events that attract prospects and enhance member experience.
  • Partner with Marketing to create promotional content and campaigns that boost event visibility and lead generation.
  • Represent Mindspace at industry and networking events to build brand awareness.
  • Maintain strong vendor and agency relationships to ensure quality execution and explore collaboration opportunities.
Market & Competitor Insights
  • Conduct regular market research to track trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Develop local partnerships and share market knowledge to identify new opportunities.
  • Leverage insights to refine pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
Community Engagement & Support
  • Build meaningful relationships with office members to help foster a vibrant, connected community.
  • Support Community teams with onboarding, feedback, and event initiatives.
  • Collaborate on internal communications to keep members informed and engaged.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience delivering successful and engaging events.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities – comfortable managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Confident networker with a commercial mindset and creative approach to lead generation.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, event platforms, and digital marketing tools.
