Job summary

FleetEV is recruiting a permanent Managing Director to own growth, P&L, people and customers. You will lead the executive team and report to the CEO, steering pricing, contracts and supplier commitments within the annual plan.

You will drive national expansion across England, Ireland and Scotland while maintaining discipline and strong governance. Successful candidates will have MD/GM/COO experience with P&L ownership, deep fleet/leasing knowledge, and a track record of converting pipeline into

Qualifications

• MD/GM/COO with genuine P&L ownership, ideally through rapid growth or scale
• Senior experience in fleet, vehicle leasing or automotive with established relationships
• Experience converting pipeline into revenue with long sales cycles
• Reporting to a Board or investors and building KPI frameworks
• Ability to shape a senior leadership team and scale the business

Responsibilities

• Own growth and turn pipeline into revenue while maintaining discipline
• Lead executive team across Sales, Operations, Marketing and Bid Management
• Decide on pricing, contracts, supplier commitments within annual plan
• Report to CEO and present to the Board
• Deliver a standout customer experience from order to handover
• Keep systems and processes ahead of growth and build a high-performance culture
• Build and develop a leadership team capable of scaling the business
• Travel across the UK as needed and manage relocation considerations
