Job Description:

We are exclusively partnered with an early-stage deep technology startup developing patented analytical instrumentation for characterising highly complex liquids.

We are seeking a Sales Director/Sales Manager to lead the commercial expansion of our cutting-edge laboratory Spectrometer designed for nano-medicine formulation analysis. With high market interest from one of biopharma’s fastest-growing markets, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to spearhead sales across Europe and potentially beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage potential customers, building strong relationships across target industries.
  2. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, converting opportunities into deals.
  3. Present the technical and commercial benefits of the innovative laboratory instrument.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies, customer support, and business development.
  5. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, positioning it as a market leader.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • EU work permit required.
  • Proven track record in selling analytical instrumentation, preferably UV/Vis spectroscopy or related fields.
  • Experience in the biopharma or nanotechnology sectors is a plus.
