Knightsbridge Commercial (part of the K3 Advisory Group) is recruiting a Diary Manager for its Bolton HQ. You’ll be the first point of contact for new prospects, qualifying enquiries and driving opportunities into the sales team with proactive outreach.

The role requires a confident communicator, target-driven with strong IT/CRM skills, and the ability to nurture relationships while maintaining precise records. Full-time position with a competitive salary and bonus structure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and web chat.
• Proactively outbound call and follow up with potential leads.
• Qualify prospects against set criteria to ensure they are a good fit.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimise lead generation.
