Job summary

Knightsbridge Commercial, part of the K3 Advisory Group, is seeking an Inbound Sales & Outbound Lead Qualifier for its Bolton Head Office. You will be the first point of contact, qualifying inbound enquiries and proactively reaching out to potential leads to assess needs and identify opportunities for the sales team.

You will handle enquiries across phone, email and web chat, qualify prospects, nurture relationships, and book qualified appointments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Excellent listening and questioning skills
• Target-driven and able to work at pace
• Organised with good IT/CRM skills

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and web chat
• Proactively outbound call and follow up with potential leads
• Qualify prospects against set criteria to ensure they are a good fit
• Nurture relationships by providing helpful information and excellent service
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise lead generation and conversion
