Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Confident communicator with strong listening and questioning skills
• Target-driven, able to work at pace
• Organised with good IT/CRM skills

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and web chat
• Proactively outbound call and follow up with potential leads
• Qualify prospects against set criteria to ensure they are a good fit
• Nurture relationships and book qualified appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and collaborate with marketing
