We’re hiring a remote SDR to join a fast-growing SaaS company in the AI voice automation space helping businesses automate high-volume outbound calls.

This role is ideal for someone with tech sales or recruitment experience who’s confident with outbound outreach and can handle full-cycle prospecting and product demos.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and get early-stage startup exposure, with real ownership and growth potential.

We’re currently finalising a shortlist of candidates this week, so if you’re a good fit, apply sooner rather than later to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new leads through outbound outreach
  • Manage inbound interest and qualify prospects
  • Run product demos and showcase value to decision-makers
  • Book meetings and support the sales cycle
  • Maintain CRM records and track outreach activity
  • Collaborate with the founder and sales/marketing teams to improve messaging

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in tech sales or recruitment and SDR experience
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
  • Confident running outbound outreach via email, calls, or LinkedIn
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English (neutral or native UK/US accent required)
  • Based in the UK with full right to work
  • Candidates based in Southern England, London, or the South East are encouraged to apply
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and excited by early-stage startups
