What You’ll Do (Once Onboarded):

As an SDR at Hook, you’ll be the first voice our potential customers hear. You’ll learn to capture attention, understand their needs, and generate interest in our solutions.

You’ll:

  • Own outbound outreach: Cold call, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospects
  • Learn to sell by understanding buyer goals and pain points
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our Account Executives
  • Track your impact, meet targets, test new tactics, and develop your skills
  • Participate in events and conferences attended by our buyers
  • Enhance your skills with world-class training, coaching, and sales frameworks

Typical package:

£35,000 base + £15,000 OTE
