Job Summary

As a Senior / Mid-Level SDR you’ll be the tip of the spear for outbound sales. Using pre-researched warm and cold prospect lists, you will connect with CEOs of SMBs (<30 employees) and Marketing/Sales leaders at mid-market firms (31-250 employees). Your mission: book qualified product demos for our Account Executives, smash quota at 150 %, and unlock uncapped commission.   • 2+ years of outbound sales or lead‑gen experience in B2B SaaS (Senior) OR 1–2 years (Mid‑Level)
  • Proven track record of booking demos with CEOs, founders, or department heads

  • Fluent English with exceptional phone and written communication skills
  • Hands‑on with HubSpot (or similar CRM like Salesforce, Pipedrive) and modern sales tech stacks
