Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new business through calls, emails and social media
• Assessing the needs and requirements of potential customers
• Providing advice to inbound and outbound prospects
• Managing company's CRM to track and manage leads, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Working closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and contribute to the overall sales strategy
• Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes
• Staying informed as to internal operations practice and procedures to make sure you maintain a good level of awareness of business operations
• Providing regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and any other key performance indicators
