Job summary

James Chase is recruiting for a growing technology business in Belfast, seeking an experienced SDR/BDR to join its commercial team. This outbound role focuses on prospecting, conversation-building and building qualified pipeline.

You'll identify prospective customers across sectors, nurture opportunities and hand them to sales or partners, with a hybrid working model in place.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B SDR/BDR or new business sales experience.
• Strong, demonstrable cold outbound experience.
• Comfortable prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Track record of achieving targets and generating qualified pipeline.
• Experience within B2B SaaS/technology.
• Curious, commercially minded and a strong communicator.

Responsibilities

I’m recruiting for a growing technology business looking for an experienced SDR/BDR to join its Belfast commercial team.

This is a genuine outbound sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, creating conversations and building qualified pipeline.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers across sectors including transport, logistics, construction and other fleet-heavy industries. You’ll nurture and qualify opportunities before handing them across to sales/channel partners.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years' B2B SDR/BDR or new business sales experience
• Strong, demonstrable cold outbound experience
• Comfortable prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn
• Track record of achieving targets and generating qualified pipeline
• Experience within B2B SaaS/technology
• Curious, commercially minded and a strong communicator

Experience within telematics, fleet technology, transport technology or connected vehicles would be a major advantage, but isn't essential.
