The Opportunity

In this role as Sales Demand Analyst you will play a key part in shaping our demand planning process and ensuring our customers get the products they need, when they need them.

This is a hybrid role requiring one day a week on site either Callington - every Wednesday or Leicester - every Tuesday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts for products and customers, incorporating business intelligence and insights from Sales, Marketing, and retailer portals.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to plan demand and promotional activity.
  • Analyse sales trends and demand drivers to refine forecasts and improve accuracy.
  • Support seasonal and promotional planning, producing KPIs including forecast accuracy and promotional conformance.
  • Work closely with Production Planning to provide estimates and align supply with demand.
  • Engage with customers and retailers to improve demand processes and identify opportunities.
