Job summary

Trespass is seeking a highly organised Sales Coordinator to support our field Retail teams from our Glasgow office. You will process orders, maintain customer records, and provide timely information on delays and deliveries while delivering excellent service to customers and agents.

Key traits include attention to detail, IT proficiency (Excel), a proactive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure in a flexible environment. 42.5 hours weekly, office-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience providing admin support to field Retail teams.
• IT proficiency with spreadsheets and office software.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer records.
• Process orders and provide updates on delays and delivery dates.
• Dispatch orders and prepare export paperwork as needed.
• Handle customer and agent queries.
• Monitor inventory and track new services/products for sale.
• Maintain organised sales records and report month-end goals.
